The Hörknubbel is an exceptionally robust handset designed to withstand even rough handling without damage, thanks to its solid construction and durable metal surface.
Operation is highly intuitive. The handset is held in place on its base by a powerful magnet.
When lifted from the base, audio playback starts automatically via a reed switch contact. Playback stops as soon as the handset is returned to its holder. High-quality loudspeakers provide distortion-free reproduction of both speech and music across a wide frequency range.
The handset can be connected directly to molitor media players or other equivalent audio sources without the need for an additional headphone amplifier. A newly developed rubber grip band ensures a secure, comfortable feel in the hand. After use, the handset can be cleaned and disinfected easily.
For thorough cleaning or repair of damaged internal components, the Hörknubbel can be quickly and easily disassembled. Its maintenance-friendly design allows it to be restored to near-new condition in a short amount of time.
For installation, the mounting plate is secured at the desired location using two concealed screws. The combined audio and switchboard cable is routed through an additional mounting hole. The connecting cable is protected against damage by a stainless-steel flexible conduit with high tensile strength.
